-
05
Korea checkpoint rehearsal
Practice answering checkpoint-style questions with artifacts ready before the conversation starts.
-

Run a timed briefing so executives can answer without inventing process mid-meeting.
Instructor
Haeun Park
Former fintech risk lead who has prepared teams for readiness reviews across payments and lending products serving Korea. Haeun teaches with templates drawn from live audits, then insists cohorts rewrite them for their own stack.
“Module 03 stopped our habit of exporting CSV dumps the night before. Reviewers stopped asking us to re-explain every folder.”
“Solid structure. The Korea rehearsal week was denser than expected, so budget extra time if your legal counsel joins late.”
FAQ
Who should attend together?
Ideally one product owner, one risk or compliance lead, and one operations counterpart. Solo attendees can complete the work, but ownership decisions stick better when all three roles hear the same language.
Is this legal advice?
No. The Studio is educational. You still need counsel for interpretation of statutes and for formal opinions.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not remediate broken monitoring systems for you. If your tooling cannot export reliable samples, you will finish with a clearer backlog — not a fabricated clean report.
How is pricing handled?
